Sales Representative - Bilingual in (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Location: Kearny Mesa/Clairemont Area, San Diego, CA
Pay: $18-$21/hour + Commission

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual in Mandarin or Canontese Sales Representative for a growing company in the Kearny Mesa/Clairemont area. Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Meet with prospective clients to identify needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Execute sales strategies and achieve individual sales goals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track sales activities, conversions, and results.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
• Collaborate with management and team members to support company growth initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be located in the San Diego area.

Preferred

• Experience in construction, home improvement, solar, or related industries.
• B2C sales experience.
• Professional English communication skills.
